There are simple exercises that you can use to have a face lift without surgery and give yourself a youthful look. Here are some steps that are effective that you can use to get a facelift without surgery.

You can make the skin on your forehead firm by lifting your eyebrows. To do that, you need to lie on the bed and hang your head on bed edge. Then, start raising your eyebrows and repeat this several times. Do this everyday and you will see some positive changes on your forehead skin.

The skin around your eyes is usually fragile and most likely to show the first signs of aging. You should use a toner to keep the skin firm. You can also tone with exercises, using index fingers on both sides of the eye. Close the eye and open it slowly. Do this on both ayes and repeat like five times everyday.

The skin around your mouth is also likely to get wrinkled easily. You should pucker your lips tightly and hold that position for around five seconds. Do these exercises around five times in day.

The skin on your lower face also needs to be firmed. Simple exercises like sitting and leaning as you look upwards can be helpful. Make sure that your mouth is closed and chew if you can to work the throat and neck muscles. You should also repeat these exercises for around twenty times.
